I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING MY NEW BOAT KARL BLOODSWORTH BUILT FOR ME. I COULD'NT BE HAPPIER WITH THE WAY IT ALL TURNED OUT.
24' CENTER STICK STEER(RIGHT HAND)OF COURSE
8.1 STD CHEVY
213 HAMILTON W/4.0 IMPELLER
YOU CAN SEE OUT OF THIS BOAT REAL WELL. ITS LIKE THE I-MAX THEATER GOING UP THE CANYON.
LEXAN FRONT WINDOWS.
I AM IMPRESSED WITH THE AMOUNT OF PRIDE AND QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP HE PUTS INTO EACH ONE OF HIS BUILDS!
I GOT A BIG FAMILY AND WE LIKE TO FISH, SO HE CUSTOM BUILT TO FIT MY PREFERENCES.
AS PROMISED, I WILL TRY TO ATTACH A FEW PICS DURING THE BIRTH AND AFTER-BIRTH :o

Looks like a great boat and from what I have heard and saw he builds very nice boats with lots of input from his customers on what they want and need. A guide I know had him build his open guide boat and is really happy with it. The couple of times I actually saw his boat it sure looked nice to me. I am sure you will enjoy it and good luck fishing. More photos would not hurt :D .

He builds a great boat and was at the top of my list to build my 28ft. To bad he didn't return my calls..... :?
Question....Do two whites equal a grey? Never mind...

I was just on his site today and there were some new photos, you have to sit through the slide show. I talked to him this summer on quote for a boat. Really liked everything I saw.

I am happy to say I own one of Karl's boats. I could not be more pleased. I am in the designing stages for a new boat and hope to be building within the next year. Lots to consider. Either a 25' with a yanmar 6L and 241 pump or a 26' with twin 5.7 chevys or the smaller yanmars and 213 pumps. 7' bottom / 9'4" beam / 2" taller sides.

My current boat is a 22' with the 454 and 212 pump. Built like a tank and has worked flawlessly. I like the one man show. Karl does all the work. Great guy too.

angler management,

nice boat. Hard to tell from your photos, but if I am correct is this not the Ford brown boat ? I was fortunate to be able to watch this boat being built on a week to week basis as Karl and I only live a short distance from each other. A fella gains a lot of knowledge being able to see how an aluminum jet boat is fabricated from beginning to end. Congratulations on the new boat. I am sure it will serve you well.

PS : I dig the right hand steer. I actually thought this was the ONLY way. Maybe not if you live in the UK ?

dang that boat is well designed and engineered.

A LOT of years of experience and knowledge went into that boat.

Looking at the bottom design, it is not "easy" to build, but the extra work and materials make it strong where it needs to be, and forgiving where it needs to be.

The bottom design is what separates the super high end boats from the rest.
