I'm going this afternoon. Water's going to be high and dirty which will make the channel finding more difficult. Shouldn't be many floaters out so that should help. When I went last year in July there were thousands. Put in at elbow about ten miles above Alpine. Forest service runs the west table ramp and won't let jets launch there. No signs at the boundary, I used gps. No rapids. Dont forget your sticker at the gas station in alpine. I'll be hitting it again once the water clears up if you want someone to go with.

Only about two miles up to sheep gulch. Gets a little harzardous though. Big rocks that don't read if the reservoir is up. Gorgeous ride though. Sure wish it wasnt closed to motors from there up to west table.

What is the next ramp available to us if we can't use west table?

Elbow. About a mile or two above west table.
