In the Spring of 2008 I was able to hitch a ride for this 300 mile round trip river adventure that started at James Kipp Recreation area, running up river to Fort Peck and back down again. Not a whitewater river but some incredible scenery through the white cliffs area. Here are a couple quick clips

PegLeg Rapid is a difficult class III rapid that has become very popular for jet boaters in Southern Idaho. This rapid starts getting mean at 7,000CFS, Big Rollers for a 20' boat. I have had a few interesting experiences at the higher flows. In this clip we are looking for a flat spot in int wave train.
